What does a call-out cost?
Published Sydney after-hours attendance and initial labour ranges are $250–$575, including GST. Confirm how much time is covered and what further repair work or parts would cost before authorising them. These are published planning ranges, not Xcel rates. We confirm a written quote for your property and agreed scope before work starts.
How soon can you come?
For emergencies such as a power outage, sparking or a burning smell, we typically have an electrician with you within 30–90 minutes in our service areas. Non-urgent work can usually be booked within a few business days, and same-day visits are sometimes available.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Emergency help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, on 0404 121 983. For planned work, tell us the times that suit you when you ask for a quote.
Will you take a small job?
Yes. A single power point, light fitting or fault is a normal job for us, and a power point or light usually takes about 1–2 hours. If you have a few small jobs, list them together so they can be done in one visit.
